Terms and Conditions – Solis BV
These Terms and Conditions apply to all online purchases made through the webshop of Solis BV (VAT BE1011.418.505), a company registered in Belgium.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales made through the Solis BV webshop, to both consumers and professional clients.
Any deviation from these terms must be explicitly agreed upon in writing.

2. Products and Offer
Solis BV offers furniture and decorative lighting accessories, including lampshades.
Products may be of our own design and production or sourced from selected partners.
We take great care to describe and display our products as accurately as possible.
Minor variations in colour, texture, or form may occur and do not constitute a defect.

3. Prices
All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout and are borne by the customer.
Solis BV reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.
The price applicable at the time of order confirmation will always apply.

4. Orders and Payment
Orders can only be placed via the Solis BV webshop.
Available payment methods include Bancontact, credit card, Payconiq, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
An order is considered final once payment has been successfully completed and confirmed.

5. Delivery
Deliveries are carried out via bpost to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on location and circumstances.
Solis BV cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties or events of force majeure.
In the event of damage or loss during transport, Solis BV will assist the customer where possible in accordance with the carrier’s conditions.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Products that are custom-made or clearly personalised are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

7. Warranty
Solis BV provides the statutory two-year legal warranty for manufacturing defects, provided the product has been used correctly and for its intended purpose.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

8. Liability
Solis BV cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use, incorrect installation, or negligence by the customer.
Solis BV’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, except in cases of gross negligence, intent, or where mandatory legal provisions apply.

9. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure, including but not limited to strikes, fire, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or government measures, Solis BV reserves the right to suspend or terminate the agreement without any obligation to pay compensation.

10. Complaints
Complaints regarding visible damage or non-conformity should be reported within a reasonable time after delivery via email or the contact form on our website.
Solis BV will handle complaints promptly and strive to find an appropriate solution.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All agreements are governed by Belgian law.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district where Solis BV has its registered office.
